Mills Workshop
Mills workshop takes a long time even in a minor maintenance. Instructions
are required to Mills Workshop for speedy execution

A suitable place be provided for workshop with the mentioned below
competent staff to avoid the excess expenditure i.e. Oil Change, Electric
Work, Maintenance and other work as well

Items demanded for the company vehicles are often not received on time
from the purchase department.

Rented Buses
All MTO of satellite units are required to provide complete route wise lists of workers
being provided pick/ drop form the different areas. On the basis of the lists we will be
able to make a master plan to cut the extra expenditures even by hiring Manthar Metro
Buses.

VIP Cars
Most of the officers having their own Cars send requests to provide Company Cars for
Pick/ Drop from Airport and to visit Islamabad Area in connection with Interview with
the Foreign Embassy.

Pick/Drop of Male Person


It is being observed that most of the satellite units are providing pick/ drop to their male
workers from their staff. This practice should be to avoid the over expenditure of
buses.

Saving of Extra Expenditure


A heavy amount is being expended to provided the pick/drop facility to the workers of
all the satellite units from city area. HR Department make posting of workers at their
native unit close to their homes.
