Professional Knowledge (Strengths):

Fitness programming content and application to real life scenarios demonstrates expertise in physical education. Furthermore, application to camping
and implementing compass bearings, mapping and tenting displays expertise in the area.

Development required in the areas of:


Applying local area knowledge to Outdoor Education should be utilised more to give context to learning.

Professional Practice (Strengths):

Demonstrates sound planning by ensuring each lesson is sequential and applied to give students chances to build upoun their knowledge. Ensures
students motivation is paramount to learning by creating relevant context to the learning achieved in class.

Development required in the areas of:

Develop behaviour management practices for students displaying challenging behaviours.

Professional Engagement (Strengths):

Actively participates in professional conversations on assessments, learning tasks and rubrics. Demonstrates a sound understanding of the Australian
curriculum and willingly shares thoughts. Actively seeks advice from all teachers to stretch his practice.

Engagement with parents is growing and could be utilised to ensure student, teacher and parent relationship is utilised.
