EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Semriwing Bouquet Snack is a start up businessis started by college students who
want to take advantage of their free time and can generate their own income. This business
was created because we saw many opportunities around us and there was not much capital
needed to start. So we think this is a good opportunity for us to start entrepreneurship.
Our Mission :
1. To be the NUMBER ONE Bouqet Snack in Semarang
2. To provide a UBEI (Unique, Beautiful, Edible, and Inexpensive) bouqet
3. To provide different services according to the customer's wishes
Our target customers are general public, especially teenagers and college students
This business build and own by 4 people on the basis of friendship starting from
lectures. With this foundation and the innovations that we make, we believe this
business will grow rapidly. With the concept of a different bouquet than others, you
can own your own, can be within your customer's budget, we believe this will lead to
a very successful business.
We are looking for more opportunity. We hope that as our business grows, many
customers trust and subscribe to us. So that our turnover continues to rise every month
and our target for the next 2 years is to open branches near the UNS Solo. Because we
don't just want to be satisfied in Semarang, but also want to go outside the city which
also has enormous opportunities. Also by intensifying promotions through social
media and working with several partners we hope Semriwing Bouquet Snack
can become the largest snack bouquet company in Indonesia.
COMPANY
We are located at jl. Hayam Wuruk no.17 Semarang. more specifically, our office is
in a strategic place because it is close to the pleburan undip campus and close to a
busy highway. So that customers can easily find our office.
Relevan Story
This business starts from the chat of the four of us who want to make a side
business together, so that in addition to college we can also make our own income.
This idea arises because we often see brothers and sisters graduation and carrying
souvenir like a bouquet is a must. With that we see opportunities, and we are thinking
of making a unique and low bouquet that many people are interested in. And then We
finally formed Semriwing Bouquet Snack.
PRODUCT and SERVICES
Unique Sales Proposition is often one thing that people really remember is Usually
people sell a bouquet of flowers, while we sell a UBEI (Unique, Beautiful, Edible,
and Inexpensive) Bouquet Snack according to the customer's budget and desires.
Our Sustainable Competitive Advantage from the packaging we are more varied, and
can adjust customers orders or desires. From the price we also have several packages
so that customers can choose according to the budget.
This is still our initial stage in starting a business and our target for the next 2 years is
to open branches near the UNS Solo and recruit several additional employees.

Tembalang”. Because we have a business with almost the same concept and they
already existed first in this field

Our target market will be reach by sell he product on the counter, and also can our in
our Instagram and Whatsapp. We also serve cash on delivery.

of customer until end year.
Semriwing Bouquet Snack give a choice of prices that can be adjusted to the budget
of each customer, customers can also choose for themselves what snacks will be made
into bouquet or there are additional things that will be added for example, a flower, a
small doll, or a greeting card. So that it can realize what the customer really wants to
give to your loved ones.
