Mission
The Department of Education and Liberal Arts is a provider of quality General and Institutional Education and a trainer and producer of competent educators, professionals and
leaders who are imbued with sound and worthwhile values, equipped with necessary knowledge and skills applicable in wide range of settings for various occupational purposes.
Objectives
To produce a graduated increase of LET passers every year from 2014 – 2018.
To provide all the students a solid theoretical foundation and methodological skills in the professional education through 2 seminar workshop every school year from 2014
– 2018.
To expose the education graduating student to diverse types of learning environment through 1 in and out-campus training environment through 1 in and out – campus
training for BS Education program yearly from 2014 – 2013.
To develop student creativity and innovativeness in alternative Teaching approaches.
Preparing students for pursuing their graduate studies in other related areas.
To attain quality class instruction for General Education classes.
To develop a strong faculty force as an essential contributor to a well-round liberal education or students.
To attain 80% of faculty members with masters and doctoral degree through faculty development program.
To acquire 1 simulation room by the end of 2014.
To involve 90% of the students to 2 co-curricular and 2 extra activities for their total development year from 2014-2018.
To conduct 2 seminar/workshop on Literacy program in adapted Barangay yearly from 2014-2018.
