Station Movement
We have moved MS and PA from G-
Floor to 2-Floor. All systems has
been configured as per their
respective project requirements.
Three of the new agents (1-Pa & 2-
Ca) has been assigned with the
system requirements. Credentials of
Dialer and CRM has been allotted.
ICS
After the attrition into the team,
neccessory changes has been made
in respect to the report/result
sharing. As aurthorised, all details
will be shared to Ha & Ag from this
week onwards.
New joiners has been assigned with
old IDs and credentials, will be on
their own IDs by next month. (CRM
and Von is new) .
IT-NOC
We did try to diagnose the issue of
von with the help of IT team. We
found as our firewall device is not
compatible with Von (shown on Invention
web). I did create/design a complete week
