Using OneDrive for Business and Office Mobile

NOTE: Before you can use these apps on your smart device (s), you must first log into your work email account on
Internet Explorer: outlook.com/newellco.com (the OWA)/Click on the OneDrive tab/Click “Yes” on the Security
Warning pop-up (s)/Either wait for OneDrive to configure for the first time or confirm that it is configured (if it’s
already configured, it won’t ask you to wait while it configures your OneDrive account).

OneDrive for Business on iOS Devices


Do not use Newell Rubbermaid Wi-Fi (NRWIRELESS or TSUNAMI) while performing these initial setup steps.
Attempting to use Newell Rubbermaid Wi-Fi during initial setup will not allow you to login
Once setup has been completed, resume Wi-Fi usage.

1. From the App Store, download and install the OneDrive for Business app
a. NOTE – Please make sure it says OneDrive for Business and not just “ OneDrive”
2. Once installed, launch the application
3. Log in using your Office365 (corporate email) account
a. Firstname.lastname@newellco.com
b. Password: Use your network password
i. This is the same password you use to access email or log into your computer

Office Mobile and OneNote on iPhones


1. From the App Store, download and install the Microsoft apps of interest (Office Mobile and/or OneNote)
2. Once installed, launch one of the applications
3. Log in using your Office365 (corporate email) account
a. Firstname.lastname@newellco.com
b. Tap Organizational account, if you see this
c. Password: Use your network password
i. This is the same password you use to access email or log into your computer.

“Office Mobile” on iPads


“Office Mobile” comes in 4 separate apps on an iOS device. When used with OneDrive for Business, you are provided
with a very powerful way to open, edit, save and create new documents from your mobile devices.

1. From the App Store, download and install the Microsoft apps of interest (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
2. Once installed, launch one of the applications
3. Log in using your Office365 (corporate email) account
a. Firstname.lastname@newellco.com
b. Tap Organizational account, if you see this
c. Password: Use your network password
i. This is the same password you use to access email or log into your computer.
4. When you open the other Microsoft “Office Mobile” apps, proceed through the introductory screens and click
“Continue.” You should be automatically signed in.

DATA SECURITY NOTE: Before exiting the apps on your smart device, you should first sign out.
Office Mobile (which includes OneDrive) on Android Devices

Office Mobile provides a very powerful way to open, edit, save and create new documents from your mobile devices.

1. From the Play Store, download and install the Office Mobile App
2. Once installed, launch the application
3. Log in using your Office365 (corporate email) account
a. Firstname.lastname@newellco.com
b. Tap Organizational account, if you see this
c. Password: Use your network password
i. This is the same password you use to access email or log into your computer.

OneNote on Android Devices

Sync your OneNote files via Office 365.

1. From the Play Store, download and install the OneNote App
2. Once installed, launch the application
3. You have to initially log in with a personal Microsoft account (Hotmail, Xbox Live, Windows Live ID, etc.)
4. Go to Settings/Account/Add an Office 365 account for work/school notebooks
5. Log in using your Office365 (corporate email) account (or just click on the account, if it’s listed)
