A Teacher’s Prayer

Dear God Almighty, the best potter ever, the best teacher of all, I love and
praise you.

Thank you very much for this wonderful opportunity to fulfill what I believe is my
purpose in life; to reach out the youth, lead them to the threshold of learning, to
touch lives and be an instrument for the development of mankind.

Thank you very much for opening my eyes to see the wonders of the teaching
profession; it is indeed, noble.

Thank you very much for giving me wisdom during the trying times.

Thank you God, for the hard times for they led me to recognize my strength, taught
me the importance of knowing myself and taught me to enhance my weaknesses.

Thank you God for giving me my family who never stop believing in my capabilities
and skills. For their understanding love, support and care.

I humbly ask your continuous blessing, that I may have more to share with the
learners, and for your unending guidance, that I may be able to guide the learners
to the right path in return.
