counterclaim of tortious interference of prospective economic advantage with prejudice in a

presented significant prior art evidence in representing an accused infringer, which resulted in
the voluntary dismissal of a case by the plaintiff-patentee.

discovery requests and drafts responses to discovery; work with clients on discovery matters.
• Authored a TTAB trial brief leading to a successful cancellation of a trademark registration.

• Interview inventors and prepare patent applications and responses to Office Action.
• Prepare PCT applications, Art. 19 and Art. 34 amendments, and U.S. national stage applications.
