Data plays vital role in our day to day existence such as facts and information used to calcu-
late, analyze , or plan something for further enhancement of human lives which needing an assistance
for its improvement ,definitely this process called data innovation. As defined by United Nation De-
velopment Programme (UNDP) data innovation is the use of new or non-traditional data sources and
methods to gain more nuanced understanding of development challenges. As a matter of fact many
countries like America, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, and China continuously improving in distinc-
tive aspects and fields in several times at different millennium. It is very noticeable that the way of
their living is much easier than we have and the following are the provided evidence for that: At first
they have fast, reliable ,and more convenient accessibility through technology and internet surfing
sites for gathering information to recreate and derive a fully develop concepts .Next from the
perception above it gives implication that they have high quality of education that were being
updated over succeeding years which making their own counrtry to have high percentage of
employment rates and to survive from poverty.Last from the previous idea ,we can infer that most of
their population are highly skilled workers that can give a rise for gaining econoimical progress which
can be used for inauguration of data innovation and all of it are rooted to data innovation.What do
you think the possible outcome if data innovation will grow to our country ?Do its impact can be the
same with its impact from the countries that have had told before ? And would it be benificial or not
?

In our country the use of internet and advanced technology was widely introduced but at
the sametime malignant issues or dilemmas are emerging while using it. The slow and weak
accessibility of internet and its inconvenience is one of the problems we faced relating to it ,in fact
students and office worker are extremely affected from that , a difficulty that makes their jobs harder
and harder and it was also justified by my experience as a student who lost a lot of time for
researches and projects because of deficient connection . Another complication: the intervene of
unreliable sources of data that are gathered for national uses are sometimes corrupted,probably it
was reported last passed few weeks from the State of the Nation of Jessica Soho where in: some
patients of dialysis are continuously receiving financial assistance from PhilHealth even though they
are deceased (GHOST DIALYSIS),also the news spread out telling that thre are three suicide bomber
that was got inside the Philippines ,it was very alarming but in the end Philippine National Police
(PNP) concluded that it was false alarm and every thing is clear.If we will think off from this point of
view ,data innovation will become a big help for the resolution of rarity ,taints, and abnormalities for
saving and maintaining national wealth,accountability, and security of one’s nation.
 Now lets move to another impact of data innovation in terms of Education ,Employment,
and Poverty.Despite of encouraging progress happening in recent years, they are still limitations to
children’s access to education in the Philippines ,in fact there are 2.85 million children age five to
fifthteen are out of school from the research made by (DepED)-situation analysis of children in the
Philippines ,the quality of education is also concern :in 2014, 59%(primary) and 65% (secondary)of
Teachers Eduction Institutions didn’t meet the pass rates of trainees ,attributed to poor quality
teacxher training .Limited numbers of teachers ,inadequate classrooms and school supplies are also a
pose challenges.the recent problem of our country most especially for DepED is the unreliable
learners materials that was currently reported in TV Patrol ,said that the errors are still existing in
books of students that can lead to low quality of education similar to this: the Philippine Islands is
made up of 7100 islands which is wrong and it must be like this: Philippine Archipelago is made up of
7641 islands.If we will mix and bond all of these problems involving education few more troubles can
be develop such as : low employment and poverty.In truth as conferment from Labor Force
Servey(LFS) as of January 2019 the unemployment rate is 5.2 still high compare to last year record
actually this can gave birth to another problem: Poverty.if we wil take a look all this problems can be
rooted from failing or corrupted data and studies which can be resolve through data innovation
especially the wrong contents of learners material that can make our future generation unsuccessful
,if we wil apply data development ,In my opinion the future generation can respond more from the
needs of the market and they could actually level themselves with outstanding foreign workers if it
happens ,there is a huge potential that most of our popultion arev highly efficient and skilled that can
make our economical progress to continue in growing and there is a hig possibility that poverty which
is our nation’s disease will end up and totally heal and if all of it continuously happen the
inauguration of data innovation would be easy for us .

Again all of this positive and successful effects are just impact and future product of data
innovation ,the dream for shaping the future with a good and better world ,it can only be reached if
all of us will cooperate and support this hybrid processes and presumably it can take a lead to be a
victorious and being advance country in the world and it wouldn’t be impossible for the Philippines
but always remember that the real key for the true and pure success with innovation are still found in
our hands.
