The above work administratively sanctioned for Rs.172.00 Lakhs Vide GO Rt No

573, of TRIBAL WELFARE (EDN-BUD) DEPARTMENT, Date 07-10-2016 . Govt of Telangana and
Technically Sanctoned for Rs 140.00 Lakhs Vide IS no /2016-17 of CE.TW.Hyd,date 25.10.2016
and the work was let out to M/s Srihar Constructions, vide Superintending Engineer Tribal welfare,
warangal L.S.AB.No. /2017-18 Dt.09.06.2017 with a stipulated period (09) Nine months ( i.e.,
08.02.2018) for completion @ 0.20 % Less on ECV Rs 90,58,510/-

As per the site condition certain deviations necessitated during the execution of work. The
main reasons for working estimate are as follows

a)Embankment:
The existing formation of the road is 5.00 m only. Now as the formation of road is provided as
8.00 m. As the top and bottom formation of road is increased as per the existing site condition, the
embankment quantity increased accordingly. In the sanctioned estimate, there is on LS provision for
this item, now detailed quantities are worked out as per the requirement mentioned above.

b) Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting Wet Mix Macadem:

In the sanctioned estimate wmm provide for the road portion only. Where as to connect the lower
hierarchy to the higher hierarchy road, wmm is essential. Hence wmm quantity increased accordingly.

By incorporating all the above deviations, the working estimate is worked out to Rs.140 .00
Lakhs against the technically sanctioned amount of Rs.140.00 Lakhs. The early approval of woking
estimate is necessary to proceed with the further work. Hence it is submitted for approval.
