shall continue to have its effect during the higher post on promotion.

5. Promotion of the officers at Sr. No. 08 to 15 has been made without prejudice to the outcome of the Court
Cases/ Civil Writ Petitions which might be going on in any Lower Court/ High Court/ Supreme Court and that
the decision of any such Court case shall be applicable to them.

6. The officers at Sr. No, 08 to 1.5 would have continued to work as AEE/ Elect. had they not been promoted as
Sr. Xen/ Elect.

7. The above promoted officers at Sr. No. 08 to 15 would be on probation for a period of one year under
Regulation 13.1 of Erstwhile PSEB Service of Engineers (Elect.) Regulations, 1965.

8. lf any of the officer at Sr. No. 08 to 15 fails to join on promotion at proposed posting station within one
month, his promotion will be automatically considered as foregone without any notice as per instructions
circulated vide this office Memo No. 792877 / 7944271Ene./ G-2121 Vol. 8/ Loose dated: 22.10.1993 further

9. The officers at Sr. No. 08 to 15 on promotion shall not be entitled to seniority as 5r. Xen/Elect. over those
who are otherwise senior to them but whose cases are not complete for want of certain formalities.

10. The promotion of the officers at 5r. No, 09 to 15 has been made against the reserved quota post meant for
SC category officer,

ff. The sequence of order may not be Sonsidered as seniority.
