INTRODUCCION
Globally, the new educational trends form military personnel prepared to face
operational environments, for which they must strengthen the methods of military
education, which allow an adaptation, through the management of knowledge in
different scenarios that allow formulating content, to understand, relate, to reason, to
order, to relate the concrete with the abstract, the general and the particular, involving
this so that the educated military man in the middle of a changing panorama, with the
assimilated historical experience, possesses the ability to quickly and punctually find
what he does not know and be able to integrate it to promote solutions (1).
The new demands in the area of security and defense, caused by the current threats
and the changes in the strategic scenes that have taken place worldwide, have led to
transcendental developments at the regional, subregional and national levels. The
Armed Forces of Ecuador, to guarantee Ecuadorian society the defense of the
sovereignty and territorial integrity and integral security of the State, has maintained
the purpose of continuing to help with the quantitative and qualitative progress of
military education, in the fields of training, improvement, specialization and training in
conjunction with the military educational model.
The scientific and technological invention has made knowledge change abruptly,
demanding that military education remain at the forefront of current developments, in
firm progress of its relevance and quality so that military personnel are in a position
to respond to institutional and social demands, requiring military education, to plan
the training of military professionals, and to have the necessary tools to guide in a
coherent and articulated manner, the service of Ecuadorian society (2).
The Crew Training School military school has the mission of perfecting the skills,
abilities, knowledge of CBOPs of promotion 61 and 62, instructing them about the
skills and responsibilities that an SGOS should have, which will be their immediate
superior degree, that frame the processes of training, improvement, specialization
and training, in terms of their training and discipline to face the new demands that are
lived in the current state, their alignment requires a great capacity for timely response
to face all the obstacles that will arise along of his career in which he must use all the
strategies learned throughout his training related to security and defense.

Competencias genéricas
Permiten organizar el diseño curricular de curso con la visión del Comando Conjunto
de las Fuerzas Armadas, demostrando razonamiento crítico y pensamiento
sistémico, a partir del modelo educativo en cual planifica, dirige, controla y supervisa
los recursos [ CITATION Com181 \l 12298 ].

Competencias transversales
Son las capacidades que en el transcurso del proceso académico preparan al sujeto
maximizar su desempeño laboral, que permiten la evolución del conocimiento en
comportamiento, mediado por habilidades cognitivas, principios, valores y actitudes,
las que se pronuncian de forma inquebrantable [CITATION Arm18 \l 12298 ].
DEVELOPING
The Educational Model by competence is the set of knowledge, skills, values and
quality condition, obtained through meaningful, playful, collaborative learning,
preparing it to assume responsibilities, these competences are related to the
knowledge, principles, values and virtues, which strengthen the personality of the
military, in the techniques of training, improvement, specialization and training, are
located to the construction of the professional profile, including the basic, generic,
specific and transversal.
The profile responds to the fundamental mission of the Armed Forces of Ecuador,
and their role in supporting state actions, national progress and international
collaboration in accordance with current regulations, framed in the principles, values
and institutional virtues, as a An important element of Ecuadorian society, committed
to defense, security and development.
Basic skills
Generic competences
They allow to organize the curricular design of the course with the vision of the Joint
Command of the Armed Forces, demonstrating critical reasoning and systemic
thinking, based on the educational model in which it plans, directs, controls and
supervises the resources (3).
Specific competences
They are the abilities that contain knowledge (know), abilities and skills (know how to
do), attitudes and values (know how to be), conform to the military career together
with the professional profile of the own one, once the course is finished, they allow
the execution of the exit profile. You can also clearly identify its four components: skill
or dexterity, knowledge, values and virtues, quality condition.
Transversal competences
It is the capacities that, in the course of the academic process, prepare the subject to
maximize their work performance, which allow the evolution of knowledge in
behavior, mediated by cognitive abilities, principles, values and attitudes, which are
pronounced in an unbreakable way (5).
For this, strategic plans are designed, for the management and manipulation of
executable strategies in the real field, that is, military personnel who have the
capacity to plan something in the future and achieve it effectively and excellently, the
competences that are fulfilled within the Navy are focused in the organization of
maritime actions, making specific labor provisions, where motivational training is
necessary.
