Brief Profile of ARCHON (Assisted Rehab Care Home of Nurturing)

Background :

ARCHON is a Long, Short Term Rehab Care Home Project under Innovative Educational and
Welfare Society (IEWS) : an all India society registered under society registration act 1860, with
registration under section 12A and 80G of Income tax act.

Other projects being executed by IEWS are given below :

a) Project SMART : Software for Mental Acceleration and Resource Training.

-Design, development and Implementation of Special Software in Special Schools
Absolutely FREE of cost, we distribute refurbished Computers and Software, we have more
than 650 Partner Special schools all over India. At present, we are distributing 300 printers
to different Special Schools all across India

b) Project EQUALITY : IEWS provides advisory services to different organizations such as the
European based “Plasser India”. We have conducted several workshops and sessions on
gender harassment; building a better atmosphere at work and increasing motivation at work
using team and leadership games.

c) Free Homeopathic Clinic : At Gurdwara, Village Zamrudpur. This clinic has treated
thousands of patients in the last few years.

Site for ARCHON:

This is located at Village Kabulpur, NCR Delhi. The plot is one acre in size and is in green Eco-
friendly setting.

Beneficiaries:

Needy Senior Citizens irrespective of economic factors will benefit from this project. In Haryana
there is a shortage of Assisted homes for the aged, ARCHON will make a huge difference by
providing an umbrella for completely dependent, those that require assistance and independent aged.

Acute Need of establishing ARCHON:

The following facts based on data from Help Age India, highlights some serious concerns about
Senior Citizens in India.

Current Status:

The structure of the building is completed. The project is expected to commence soon to complete the
ground floor of the building to start the home for approximately 30 residents.

This is my childhood dream, I have waited for almost 35 years and invested all my life savings into
this project. To complete the project, we urgently require your help and greatly appreciate any fund-
