We concluded that:

1. The Pampanga’s Best Inc. has a low Inventory Turnover.


2. They lack in advertisements for their products from the advertisements therefore their new
releases are not very much known to the public.
3. The number of the gross margin is also low.
4. The expenses on hiring are too high and they are very eager to gain new employees ahead of
time.
5. The company is not seeking for opportunities and does not like to compete with other
companies.
6. They do not have a data base for their online advertisements.
7. The threats for their industry like the CDO for their massive production of tocino and
longganisa in the market are overlooked. The key players for their massive multi -media
advertisements and also the exchange of peso in currency exchange may cause problem to the
company , and also for their products they must avoid buying hot meat or botcha that may
cause bad reputation in the company.

Recommendations

1. It is recommended that there is a need of 4 to 6 ratio in the inventory to increase their inventory
turnover. It means that the rate of restocking items are well balanced with your sales in order to
optimize cash flow, meet customers' needs, and maximize profits. Inventory turnover measures
the number of times inventory is sold and replaced within a time period.
2. Most advertisement recommendation systems use contextual advertising to push relevant
advertisement on the web pages. These are for public appearances and to interact and
encourage potential markets.
3. To increase the gross profit margin they must look into their store retail price. If increasing the
SRP is not worthy on its products, the company must look into the suppliers. Taking cash
discounts from suppliers may prevent big money loss to the company.
