Anchor/Voice Over: In few minutes we will start the program. (Short dead air) Ladies and gentlemen,
Live in Zamboanga City Garden Orchid Hotel….. the 2019 Coachella themed Acquaintance Party….and
now presenting to you… your hosts for this evening’s affair… Ermeliza A. Ortiz … and… Kenneth Austin
Apiag….(music rolls)

Ortiz: (Please take your seat.) The night is indeed looking good with these good-looking individuals.
Various fashion trends are currently worn by our fellow Medinians. Right, Karll?

Apiag: Yes Ms. Ortiz. I can see the lovely ladies and handsome men in front of us….. Now, we are about
to begin our program so please find a seat and make yourselves comfortable. We will start our program
with an Invocation led by the technical team together with Aziz Kutongan, for muslims.

Ortiz: To be followed by the singing of our national anthem and medina hymn. Please all rise.

Apiag: Please sit down.

Ortiz: Tonight is the most opportune time for all of us to start the school year with fond memories and
camaraderie as we are about to walk down Coachella memory lane.
Apiag: Celebrating socialization, peace and love, disco dancing, crazy-trendy clothing, and groovy music.

Ortiz: So, capture some magical moments, create happy memories and surround yourselves with
laughter and friendship for another history will be written.

Apiag: To start the ball rollin’….Can I have a cheer from the Dream Catcher Sophomores??????????

Ortiz: Where are the Palm Spring Freshmen?????

Apiag: Let’s hear something from the Festive Seniors ??????

Ortiz: How about the Fancy -----????

Apiag: the last but definitely not the least Trendy Faculty and Staffs??????

Ortiz: That was quite a large crowd Ken, not to mention that they are equally beautiful and handsome
regardless of garb difference.

Apiag: That’s true, Erm. Speaking of garb difference, aren’t we walking into the memory lane of
coachella feast?

Ortiz: Yes, Ken. If we could describe Coachella it’s a mix of little indian, bohemian and rock star. Think
flower crowns, tattoos, music, teepees, dream catchers, soft colours, feathers, ribbons, ice cream,
balloons, and etc This is indeed an ideal and versatile on trend theme perfect for a start of
something beautiful!

Apiag: Just a little trivia, Coachella is an annual three-day music and art festival held in the Colorado
Desert, California. Coachella showcases popular and established musical artists, as well as
emerging artists and reunited groups. Making it a one of the largest, most famous festivals in the
United States. Attended by many people and celebrities alike. And now, it has been brought here!
Ortiz: That’s amazing Ken…with that …, ladies and gentlemen without further ado, help me please
welcome on stage this beautiful woman of virtue and simplicity, a very supportive and dynamic kind of
person. let us give a round of applause to our very own Registrar and at the same time the school’s
Admin, Mrs. Terisita Abastar.

Apiag: (Thank you lines) Thank you very much for your warm welcoming remarks, Ma’am Teresita.
Moving on, let us all meet the School’s faculty and staffs .

INTRO. OF FACULTY AND STAFFS

Ortiz: May I request all newly elected officers to please come here in front and assemble yourselves for
the formal induction of officers led by Ms. Janeth A. Camasura, BSMT 4 class president.

INDUCTION OF OFFICERS

Apiag: Congratulations to the newly elected officers, as you take the lead today, for now and always,
remember to fire passion for transparency, honesty and integrity and a good role model.
Ortiz: At this juncture, before we proceed to one of the highlights of tonight’s event, let’s be energized
by a game. May I call on Ms. Camasura for the mechanics of the game.
GAME 1
Apiag: Did you guys, have fun? Alright!
Ortiz: Ladies and gentlemen… are you ready to witness a spectacular event tonight…

Apiag: Brace yourselves... let’s feast our eyes for

Both: THE DANCE AND SINGING COMPETITION.

Ortiz: We will be witnessing four performances tonight by each year level of every ategory.

Apiag: But before that let us first read the criteria for judging.

Ortiz: For the Criteria of Judging under dance contest: Choreography 50 %, Execution 30%, Audience
Impact 10%, Costume 10 % with a total of 100 %
Apiag: For the singing contest, Voice quality 30%, Mastery of lyrics 30%, Stage presence 30% and
Audience Impact 10% with a total of 100 %
Ortiz: To finally kick off of tonight’s gathering, help me please welcome our first performer, the festive
freshmen from section A. A hand please.
PERFORMER 1
Apiag: What an ecstatic and fabulous performance guys! You guys set the bar higher for the next
contenders. Now, I would like to invite again Ms. Camasura for the next game.
GAME 2
Ortiz: Let’s give it up for the second performer from the dream catcher sophomores. A round of
applause please.
PERFORMER 2
Apiag: What a bop and lit sophomore contender! That was a spectacular performance.

DINNER

Ortiz: At this moment, to fill our stomachs for the remaining subsequent surprises and presentation,
may we all stand for the prayer led by Aljun Gumalang before we partake our meals.

Apiag: While we are enjoying the sumptuous dinner, let’s reach into a bowl of raffle tickets to find
a winner. May I call on the assigned facilitator to draw the raffle?
[In case(While we are enjoying the sumptuous dinner, -------- will serenade us with his golden voice.)]

Ortiz: I guess everyone had enjoyed their dinner…

Apiag: We are already done with the 1st part of our program….aren’t you excited to witness the second
part, Erm?

Ortiz: Yes I am…without further ado,,, let us have the third performers tonight, from BSMT section B and
the BSRT Festive Freshmen. A loud applause please.

PERFORMER 3

Apiag: Wow! What a mind blowing performance performers! Looks like the judges are having a hard
time in judging.

Ortiz: Moving on, let us play a game before the final performers. Calling again the game master for the
mechanics of the game.

Apiag: Are you having some fun guys?

Apiag: Finally, the last but not the least performer, from the Festive Seniors a big clap for them guys.

Ortiz: What an awestruck and breath-taking performance seniors! I would like

request the game master to lead the final game of tonight’s gathering.

Apiag: At this juncture, we will be proclaiming the winners.

Ortiz :The winner for the Dance competition is… ________________________.

Apiag: Congratulations you guys.

Ortiz: Let’s now proclaim the winners for the Singing Competition.
Apiag: and the winner for the singing category is………….

Ortiz: Congratulations again to the winners, You deserve those.

Apiag: May I request Ms. Janeth Camasura for another awarding.

Ortiz: Congratulations to everyone!!! This is such an amazing Acquaintance Party celebration. This will
surely get the Medinians a big jumpstart for the next few year.

Apiag: I agree. And this ends the 2019 Acquaintance Party.
