Dear Sir

I am mailing your one of my complaint as idea cellular at Ranchi office is not helping me and
ignoring my complaint. 

i am send you all my communication done with idea in this mail and will be send one formal
complain thru registered AD post to your Delhi office address and Idea Gandhinagar office thru
the consumer forum of my town

one mail says your number is deactvated in April

then another mail says is active in postpaid

then another mails says port out done in July

and person at Ranchi office says there is some issue and after checking with patna office it will
get resolved till two days back.

every time they ask me in writing and they ask me to give a xerox of my id.

also every time the branch head was not available

for your information my prepaid number was not working from last 3 to four months

when i was complaining why it was not working that time the number was working in postpaid as
per the person named Bijay Kumar and he was speaking to Sunil or Sushil at Patna regarding my
problem 

when the sim card is with me then answer me few questions

who has generated the portin code ?

How come your person Bijay Kumar first told me that your number is active in postpaid and today
in your mail you are writing that it is now ported out

Now instead of mailing you i will send my request through registered post and i am staying at the
same address which is mentioned on my voter card. Please reply to me and send me the reply on
the same.

also your customer care asked for my contact number and no body contacted me 

is this the service given the idea

i am marking copy of this mail to the TRAI office also
