 Classimulse NE

Classimulse NE is a high quality Neem based Emulsifier, used in

the manufacture of Neem based white phenyle.
It contains a blend of Neem along with Anionic / Non ionic
surfactants which when used along with pine oil makes a high
quality Neem based phenyle concentrate.

Neem being a Natural insecticide, helps in passively eliminating
common house hold insects like Ants, Bed bugs, Cockroaches,
Flies, Mosquitoes, etc when used on a regular basis.

disease causing bacteria & Germs found in our homes & work
places when used regularly.

Raw Materials required

• Classimulse NE
• Pine oil ( 22%) grade
• Camphor oil
• Essential oils – lemon grass, citronella, Eucalyptus

Process details for l litre concentrate

• Classimulse NE 250 ml
• Pine oil ( 22%) grade 600 ml
• Camphor oil 100 ml
• Lemon grass oil 25 ml
• Citronella oil 15 ml
• Eucalyptus oil 10 ml

phenyle concentrate ( Regular grade)

Process details for l litre concentrate

• Classimulse NE 250 ml
• Pine oil ( 22%) grade 675 ml
• Synthetic perfume 75 ml
• ( Jasmine, Rose, Sandal, Champa, etc)
 Processing Method

• Into a suitable plastic jar or stainless steel vessel, measure

out Classimulse NE
• Measure out Pine oil and add to the vessel.
• Measure out Camphor oil and add to the vessel.
• Measure out the essential oils and add to the vessel.
• Mix well for about 5 minutes till a amber colour clear liquid
is formed.
• Your Neem based Phenyle concentrate is ready.
 Dilution – Use Reverse osmosis water only

• Into a suitable plastic drum or stainless steel vessel, measure out

1 litre Phenyle concentrate made
• Start to mix while slowly adding 250 ml of water
• Now add remaining water 24.5 lts in steps of 2 litres while
maintaining mixing. The mixing speed should be high
• After all the water has been added mix the whole solution at
high speed for another 5 minutes.
• If you wish to add colour, use Food grade Apple green ( Idacol
brand) 5 grams.
• Mix the colour in a little quantity of water and then add to
phenyle.
