Dear Tenant Name,

This notice is to notify you that you have to vacate the premises now in your
possession, situated dress.

This notice is to inform you that your actions have violated the following rules
according to the terms of your rental agreement.
 Non maintenance of the property & damage.
 You are not allowed to stay with your friends with you but you have two men
with you all the time.
 Non settlement of utility due’s with people your order food and other work.
People visiting society , harassing tenant and complains to society.
 Neighbours complaint of people arguing near lift for money you owe to
people.

While signing agreement both parties agreed on below term.

o In case of any complaints from society or flatmate flat can be vacated
regardless of lock in period.

Your compliance with this notice within 30 dayswill prevent any further eviction
action against you. If you do not leave ,an eviction legal action may be initiated
against you.

One copy of this letter has been submitted to Society name security head also, for
you not to access the society from ate .
