ESTUDIO DE CASO: “Uso de las guías en la formación”

CASO:

En el colegio San Juan dos profesores deben evidenciar de qué forma se puede lograr que los
estudiantes puedan alcanzar un resultado de aprendizaje en un tiempo específico. El profesor
Germán manifiesta que es mejor dar libertad a los estudiantes que busquen diferentes
caminos para el alcance del resultado establecido; sin embargo, la profesora Adriana
manifiesta que a través de una guía clara donde se puedan evidenciar los resultados y los
pasos necesarios para el alcance del resultado se puede lograr que efectivamente en un tiempo
determinado se cumpla con lo establecido. Dividieron el grupo de estudiantes en 2 y se dieron
3 semanas para el alcance del resultado. Pasadas tres semanas se encontraron nuevamente los
dos grupos. ¿Qué cree que ocurrió con el grupo del Profesor Germán y con el grupo de la
profesora Adriana? Como evidencia soporte del caso por favor diseñe dos guías, la primera
abierta, con sugerencias generales y completa libertad de ejecución y la segunda con
lineamientos puntuales sobre los resultados esperados y actividades por desarrollar, tenga
como referente los lineamientos establecidos por la institución.

¿Qué cree que ocurrió con el grupo del Profesor Germán y con el grupo de la profesora
Adriana?

En el caso del profesor Germán, los estudiantes tiene una posibilidad de explorar las
actividades asignadas por sí solos, convirtiéndose esto en un proceso de descubrimiento por
parte de los estudiantes, pero aun así esto trae ciertas consecuencias negativas al proceso de
desarrollo de las actividades. Los estudiantes se encontrarán desorientados a la hora de
entender exactamente que deben realizar y tomarán rutas equivocadas y esto será evidenciado
en la entrega final de la actividad asignada.
En el caso de la profesora Adriana, los estudiantes llevaran un proceso más ordenado, claro y
les permitirá entregar un trabajo exitoso de acuerdo a las explicaciones de la profesora
mediante la guía bien estructurada donde encontraran los logros establecidos y la ruta de
manejo de la actividad.

preguntas relacionadas a su información 07 de octubre hasta el 13 de octubre

personal y sobre entrevistas de trabajo.

Los estudiantes deberán realizar un video Tercera semana

hablando sobre cómo se prepararían para ir a 14 de octubre hasta el 20 de octubre

una entrevista de trabajo.

platform. Do not forget to include your
personal data and group name on the
file.
Step 6: Upload the Word file “Getting

activity (Phase 1)”, only the group
leader sends the file.

Step 3: Prepare the dialogue acting the

script created in phase 2. It’s important
to avoid the reading during the
recording and to take into account the
fluency and pronunciation. Practice and
preparedness are absolutely important,
it is a dramatization of your script.

Step 4: Record the video. You can use

a recording camera, your cell phone or
the device you prefer to record the
dramatization of your script/dialogue.
Be careful with the quality of the video
(audio and editing).

Step 5: Download the Word file “Our

Video” from our platform. Copy and
paste the URL of your YouTube video
on the Word file, don't forget to include
the members personal data (name-ID).

Step 6: Upload your Word file “Our

Video” on the link “Send my activity
(Phase 3)”, only the group leader sends
the file.
