THERMAL INSULATION FOR MS PIPES
Indoor insulation cladding not recommended, instead of that Armaflex covered insulation shall
be used inside server hall

BTU meter shall be part of standard supply along with enclosure panels and structural steel
support wherever required, Cables, Cable Trays and other required accessories for
commissioning

AIR DISTRIBUTION
Angle support shall not have any saggings, level differences, All duct supports shall be used as per SMACNA
standards
Duct leak test (light) shall be carried out and all joints shall be sealed by sealant

Labling of all the HVAC System Equipments with PAHU, Sharp Edges to be protected with suitable protective
material, Painting (1 coat of Primer and 2 coat of Enamel Paint), Dome Nut provision for all the open Studs will be
in scope of Low Side Contractor
Every duct join opening sealing by 2 hours fire rated material (make:hilti)
Cutout opening shall be in HVAC vendors scope including core cutting wherever required

THERMAL INSULATION

Supply, installation and testing of acoustic lining on of ducts covered with fibres glass having density
32kg/m3 fixed in 22 gauge GI Channels 25 x 25 mm screwed back to back, covered with reinforced fibre
glass tissue and finished with 28G perforated aluminium sheet as per approved shop drawings and
specifications.

Supply, installation and testing with nitrile rubber with factory made aluminum foiled insulation having
40-60 kg/m3 density. The above shall be inclusive of adhesive, tapes, UV protective coating over
exposed ducts as per approved shop drawings and specifications as per PM approved sample

19 mm thick insulation for Fresh air ducts. With alumunium foil

 CONTROL PANEL FOR VENTILATION FANS

Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the following cubicle type, dead
front, sheet steel, wall mounted control panels including anchoring into the wall, wiring, incoming,
earthing & terminating into MCCB in each panel shall be provided by the electrical contractor.
Panel stands shall be provided by HVAC vendor made up with structural steel with 1 coat of primer and
2 coats of enamel paint

All outgoing shall be provided with Stop / Manual /Auto selector switch to facilitate operation through
BAS. All starters shall be provided with potential free Contact for Connections to Building Automation
System.
Along with additional Push button set including all the required accessories

HVAC:
1. All the HVAC vendor supplied panels, pumps, starter panel installation and outgoing cable
laying, terminations should be in the vendor scope only.
2. All the body earthing for the pahu, pumps, motors, Ventilation units, starter panels should be
in HVAC vendor scope.
3. Supply and installation of Heat load banks, data loggers, CFM checking, anamometer and all
the SAT to be under vendor scope.
4. Pahu vendor need to show all the functional tests during SAT.
5. All the Threaded rod dead ends to be closed with the dome nuts
