As per the direction of the Government
received vide letter No.3893/45/67648F dated 23/12/1948 and as per the direction of the Collector vide RTS SR 301 dated 19/12/1950 regaiding how to record the rights, we have personally visited all the lands of ghodbundar and enquired about the respective rights of the lands and also by perusing complaint register and heirs register, have recorded the new record of rights of all survey nos. and hissa nos. of Ghodbundar Village, as under:-
The lands of this village are lease hold
lands and lease was obtained by Shri. Ramchandra Laxmanji vide grand which compliance was made on 20/03/1871 and registered dated 01/08/1871 for next 999 years.
After that the holding of the said lands
has been transferred to various persons and in year 1945 the Estate Investment Co. Ltd. Has purchased the said lands and to be recorded as under:-
