MY FAMILY BACKGROUND

Sir/Ma'am I have been brought-up in a very discipline

atmosphere where values and principles have always been given
priority. It gives me great pleasure to give introduction of my
family. That no one can’t meet a family like mine’s.
My family is well diversified. Every family member plays an
important role in all my family’s lives. In my family, there are four
people: my father, my mother, my little brother and me.My family
belongs to a Middle class family. My respected fathers' name is
Noime Tolibas he is a business man. My mother is a businesswoman
also, her name is Mary Grace Tolibas . In spit-of being a very family
lady. She has been a great source of motivation in my life. A part
from this I have 1 brother . He is a loving and supporting in nature.
My little brother is the pet of the family. He actually doesn’t have
any responsibilities, for he’s the pet. I am the rock of support in my
family. I always go beyond my parents’ expectations. Doing what my
parents tell me to do is just one of many reasons why I am a rock
of support for my family.
There’s no such words that would perfectly fit of how blessed
I ‘am to have a family that always been an inspiration, motivator,
and a supportive to me. A family who have been always concerned
of my own good.
 MEDICAL HISTORY

When I was a kid I’m always curious about the fruit of

gmelina tree. When time goes by, when my parents were busy
in our business, and I was just left to my nani, I escape to our
house and go out and play with other kids. Then my curiosity
always hits me on that time to taste the fruit of gmelina, and
later on I pick one gmelina fruit and eat it. Minutes passed I
feel dizzy and I fainted. I was rushed to the hospital by then
and I was almost dying on that time. But I’m so blessed,
because God gives me another life to live in this world.
 BIOGRAPHY

August 26,1998 a boy was born in Son-ok , Leyte, named Noiryl

E. Tolibas. He was a Filipino citizen. A happy-go-lucky man who
always laugh and make friends to everyone.
It was never difficult for him to make friends because he is
type of sanguine person. That’s why he have always communicated
with adults who were his parents’ friends or colleagues. But since
childhood, he had a thirst for knowledge and new discoveries, and
elder friends were happy to share their memories and life
experiences with a little, curious boy.
He have a talent when it comes to sport. That’s not surprising
taking into account his environment, for he grows in happy-
friendly environment. He always play basketball since he was a kid
until now and often awarded as MVP or most valuable player. But
there were times that he can’t understand what he really wanted
to be.Later on, he understood that his heart belongs to sport which
is basketball. That he spent much time in watching nba and pba
games .
His main belief in life is that everything should be in harmony.
People have to keep balance in all spheres of life: society, family,
work, friendship, and others. Playing basketball is his personal way
to keep balance. He’s driven by my passion to join league. These
journeys will not only improve his skills but also will help to learn
more about his self and people.
