Good environment to work

The good things

Friendly colleagues, they will help you and boss also friendly and not act as 'boss' but a 'leader' . Work
life balance where you are working extra hours seldom.

The challenges

There is no opportunity for growth. You will stuck at one point and you don't have a chance to learn
anymore. If you seek continuous learning and growth, this is not a suitable company
