Installation guideline

To install new Card(WS-X6724) into slot 04 on our router7606,

Please follow these steps:

Step1: Get new Card(WS-X6724) and SFP in Package No: VG001-210121112-

1303 which has been stored location:32/F NOC Room, QTY:1 with ticket
number: RQ-148380 and plug in all SFP into new card(WS-X6724)

Step2:Please attach an ESD(electrostatic discharge) grouding strap to your

wrist and to ground

Step3: Help to remove the cover on the slot 04 on our router7606 ( if there)

Step4: Insert new Card(WS-X6724) module into slot 04 on our router7606.

Step5: After new Card(WS-X6724) module is installed, verify modules status:

Please let us know the LED status of new card(WS-X6724) if LED status
become Green is OK
