Section One: The Business

Executive Summary
1. Our company name will be: TRESE IMPRENTA

2. Our business purpose is: provide a product that are cost effective and of good quality
that suits the preferences and personal taste of our customers as well as create unique
designs that are timely and versatile regardless of gender and age. My/our business also
aims to reach out to our customers through efficient and reliable service.

3. We plan to organize our company as a COOPERATIVE. We share the same goals and
the same outlook on the future, We look forward to making profit for the benefit of the
needy and we will work as one to reach this goal.

4. We have been in business since or plan on starting on: We plan on starting a business
during the Annual Intramurals of SRCCMSTHS since students are free to roam around
the school premises. It is a good opportunity to promote and sell our product during the
Intramurals because students are more carefree in trying and buying different products as
well as I think our product would be noticeable since students during this event are
wearing civilians.

5. Manager(s) for the company will be: Trese Imprenta will be divided into different
departments namely Sales department, Creative department, Marketing and Customer
service department, and Production department. Each department will be headed by a
member with Rhythm Paolo Cabrera managing the company as a whole with Roi Kobe
Mallare acting as Assistant Manager. Cabrera will be managing the finances with Liza
Mae Irish Lucina. The Sales department in charge of transactions will be headed by Sibila
Kyrie Rarang, the Creative department in charge of designs will be headed by Noli
Macadangdang, the Marketing and customer Service department in charge of promotion
and answering concerns will be headed by Francine Mari Quiambao and lastly the
Production department in charge of ordering and collecting the products from the
producer will be headed by Philip Leonard Diez.

6. Our experiences as an owner: My experience as an owner is slightly concrete. I


experienced managing a business and it accompanies lots of stress and work. To become
an effective leader to your subordinates, you should be open for what your customers and
employees needs. Becoming successful also means being a leader that your subordinates
wants. Because when your employees' needs are granted, they can work more efficiently
in your company. A leader must know how to take care not only of his customers but also
his/her employees. - Philip Diez
