TERMINATION OF CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

This Termination of Contracr of Lease is entered on this ______ day of

October, 2018 at __________________, Philippines, by and between :

LETICIA C. DE GUIA, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of

Magsaysay, Alicia, Isabela hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY ;
-and-
RENATO M. TOQUERO, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Alicaocao,
Cauayan City, Isabela, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY ;
WITNESSETH :

Whereas, the First Party is a registered owner of a warehouse located

at Calaocan, Alicia, Isabela, containing a total area of 505 square meters, more
or less,

Whereas, the Second Party, upon agreement with the First Party to
become a lessee of the said warehouse, bound himself to pay an amount of
EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php8,000.00) as monthly rental for a period
of one (1) year starting from August 15, 2018 by virtue of a Contract of Lease
dated July 2, 2018.

Whereas, both parties had decided to pre-terminate the agreement

effective today.

Whereas, both Parties duly accepted and acknowledged this

termination of contract.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises,

the parties hereby agree, as follows :

I. TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT OF LEASE. The First and Second

Parties hereby agrees that effective today, the Contract of Lease
is terminated and the Second Party is divested of any rights or
interests over the warehouse and is no longer a lessee nor
connected of whatever capacity in the said warehouse.

II. FAITHFUL COMPLIANCE. The parties agree to strictly and

faithfully comply with the terms and conditions of this
agreement.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this
________day of October 2018, at ______________ Philippines.
