My name is Sandu M. Eduard-Marius and I am a graduate of “Ion Luca Caragiale”
National College in Ploiesti. Ever since I was a child, I have been described as an ambitious person. Thus, having accomplished my latest goal, passing the Baccalaureate exam, I was naturally led towards setting a new goal: attending the courses of The Bucharest University of Economic Studies. It was by means of browsing the official site of The Bucharest University of Economic Studies that I discovered a field that I was interested in: marketing. The reason behind my choice is closely related to my job prospects, as I see myself becoming a successful marketing economist, part of a great corporation, once I graduate both your Bachelor and Master’s programs. I strongly believe that economy is what keeps the world moving, so working in this field would bring me both personal and financial satisfaction in the long term. As far as my student life expectations are concerned, I would like to achieve and develop skills and knowledge on a theoretical level that I could put in practice in a potential part-time job. In this way, I would gain valuable experience. I consider that attending a Master’s program within the University is more than necessary and it would provide me with a well-rounded academical experience to benefit from. Throughout high school, I have taken part in various extracurricular activities in different fields ranging from volunteering and public speaking to sports. I understand their importance in personal growth and I look forward to continuing exploring this part of student life. I want to be an active person during my student life and join as many extracurricular activities as time allows. I am particularly interested in foreign cultural exchanges, volunteering and organising cultural and sport activities To my mind, being an economist really suits my personality. I find myself as a creative thinker with great analytical skills, an organised and hard-working person who likes to set goals and is always eager for learning more. I am aware of the fact that university, in all its aspects, is going to turn me into a responsible adult, ready to face any obstacles. With The Bucharest University of Economic Studies as background, I am certain that a bright career waits ahead.
