I come before you in peace and goodwill and let it be known to all that my “BIRTHRIGHT
standing is of a free man of free will” and that I come in peace and goodwill to all
situations. I respect the life, liberty, rights and property of all my fellow man. I ask to be
treated the same accordingly.

I believe and live my life by the three simple and straight forward “Rules of The Creators
inherent natural common moral law.”

1. I do not harm anyone.

2. I do not steal from anyone.
3. I do not use fraud in my contracts.

“Consistent with the eternal and self-evident tradition of The Creators inherent
natural common law - unless I have harmed or violated someone or their property I
have committed NO CRIME and I am NOT subject to ANY man-made CROWN
CORPORATION/Company laws, statutes, rules, penalties or punishments.”

As with all man “I claim and stand in Birthright and Dominion and of Free Will as a Free
Man bestowed to me by The Creator and therefore as BENIFICIARY to “the Last Will and
Testament” of The Creator - I am NOT authority over or UNDER any other man.”
 NO “alleged authority” can prove The Creator gave them authority!!

I believe ALL “alleged authority” (aka self-crowned monarchs, pope, government, state,
judge, politician, police FORCE, ATO, RTA etc.) is a FRAUDULENT and DECIEITFULL
hoax before “The ALL SEEING eyes of The Creator” because NO “alleged authority” can
prove The Creator gave them authority to begin with.

“I am ONE with The Creator and therefore Sole Beneficiary/Equity Shareholder of

my Estate. I AM NOT a Trustee, Public Servant or Employee / Govt Agent. These
man-made CROWN CORPORATION/company laws, statutes, rules, penalties or
punishment do not apply to man/BENEFICIARIES. If YOU are claiming they do -
please provide evidence/Proof Of Claim from “The Creator” and by registered post
ONLY within TEN (10) days of the above date of this affirmation that The Creator of
the Universe says they do. Your failure to do so will be taken as agreement of my
claim.

As with so many others “Claiming The Creators Birthright and Dominion” and who have
awakened to the GLOBAL criminal enterprise/conspiracy and fraud of the agents of the
CROWN CORPORATION of the INNER CITY of LONDON... I am fully aware that what is
taking place in OUR courts has nothing to do with Justice and EVERYTHING to do with
the FRAUDULENT administration of our/the MR CORY YOUNG “Cestui Que Vie (aka
the 666/Mark of the Beast) Trust” owned by the STATE and the VATICAN.

I believe that EVERYTHING that takes place in Court is Ecclesiastical and functions
exactly as a Church. It is “The Sacrament of Penance”. The Judge (aka Ordinaries, aka
Priests of Baal/Saturn/SATAN) is ”MONETISING SIN.”

I believe that when the name MR CORY YOUNG is called for by the judge - IT IS A
TRUST and NOT a “flesh and blood” real man. I believe that the moment I agree to be
that NAME it “brings life” to the Cestui Que Vie Trust. I believe that YOU (the Public
Servant / Employee / TRUSTEE) are FRAUDULENTLY hiding this FACT that you are
operating TRUST LAW.

By “Presumption of Law” you/the Trustee must FRAUDULENTLY attempt to get “the real
man/Beneficiary” to admit to being the name MR CORY YOUNG and thereby assume the
role/liability of the Trustee OR YOU PAY $$$ if you fail to shift that liability. The Judge (aka
Administrator & Trustee), the Prosecutor (aka Executor) and Clerk (another Trustee) all
represent/work for the State/Vatican which is the owner of the “Cestui Que Vie Trust”.

Under Trust Law I am the BENEFICIARY of the MR CORY YOUNG trust. The Judge
and Clerk are the TRUSTEES and the Prosecutor is the EXECUTOR.
Under Trust Law the Prosecutor and Trustee HOLD ALL LIABILITY.
 The “COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA / CORPORATION”
The “Commonwealth of Australia” and every other “sub branch” of the commonwealth
including the RTA (ABN: 64 480 155 255), ATO (ABN: 51 824 753 556), and NSW Police
Force (ABN: 43 408 613 180) are ALL “privately owned corporations/criminal enterprise”
PRETENDING to be government – this is CRIMINAL FRAUD and TREASON upon the
BIRTHRIGHT of the Australian people.

The COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA and every STATE thereof are ALL listed on
the United State Securities and Exchange Commission and New York Stock
Exchange as corporate business entities. ALL the “fraudulent false oathed” puffed-
up judges sitting on the bench with their names listed in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS are
all trading on the New York stock exchange - for PROFIT. This is FRAUD.
This TREASON. This is a “BREECH OF TRUST.”

The Nuremberg Trials?

All laws currently being used in Australia are Policies of the Corporation of
Australia, which is “privately owned” by the International Bankers. There are no
Courts of Australia, just administrative process places YOU are trying to pass off as being
courts. The Australian judiciary is quite literally a bunch of criminals, who in collusion with
an equally corrupt state police FORCE, knowingly and intentionally ignore and violate
almost all of our human rights and in the process enriching $$$ themselves and their
masters.
The list of crimes of the judiciary and police FORCE is long. They endorse and enforce
statutes, which are merely the rules and regulations, codes and guidelines of a private
commercial corporations/criminal enterprise fraudulently presented to the people as
binding and enforceable Government laws. Furthermore, magistrates and judges
arrogantly usurp the right to make laws themselves ... via their unlawful and fraudulent
judgements. I believe this IS a Breech Of Duty and Breech Of Trust.
“It appears that you need to have it brought to your attention that as a public
servant/Trustee you are responsible for your actions just as surely and inescapably
as the high ranking Nazis found out at the Nuremberg trials following World War II.
Its up to each person to pursue and hold those within the political and judicial
system, accountable for “treason, breach of duty and breech of trust” in
looking after the very people/Beneficiaries who elected them to office.”

Criminal enterprise/FRAUD against my fellow man.
I DO NOT CONSENT to being a “person” when such term is defined in Statutes or Acts of
Australia, or Statutes or Acts of the several states when such definition includes artificial
entities or Cestui Que Vie Trusts.
I DO NOT CONSENT to being treated as a federally or state created entity which is only
capable of exercising certain rights, privileges, or immunities as specifically granted by
federal or state governments, unless with my “express consent” on a case by case basis.

I VOLUNTARILY CHOOSE to comply with the man-made laws under The Creator,
which serve to bring harmony to society, but NO such laws NOR their enforcers have any
authority over me. I am NOT in any jurisdiction for I am NOT of subject, citizen, employee,
public servant or TRUSTEE status.
 I DO NOT CONSENT to you - aka as the judge/justice/crown or ANY other alleged
authority making any legal determination against me UNLESS you have written
proof of that authority from The Creator?
I DO NOT CONSENT to your jurisdictional claims against me.
I DO NOT CONSENT to you CONTRACTING with me.
I AM NOT a person/legal entity.

Now the we know “Who is Who” and who has “Fiduciary Responsibility/Liability”

Dear MR Magistrate and MR Prosecutor,

The Crown/Government has a “Fiduciary Responsibility” to protect what you are

suppose to be collecting for us/the BENEFICIARY. Failure to obey the lawful command of
the Beneficiary is a most serious “Breech of Trust”.

“Please take this as my written NOTICE that I will NOT be attending your/this
Constructive Trust – Case/Order Number: O007640748 on the 15/03/2012”

Now that we know that the Judge is in fact the TRUSTEE under Trust Law - then we
know that the Judge is in fact the NAME for this particular Constructive Trust –
Case/Order Number: O007640748

As the sole Beneficiary, I Cory-Stephen: Young authorise and order you as the
appointed Administrator and Trustee of this Constructive Trust – Case/Order
Number: O007640748 to handle the accounting and dissolve this Constructive Trust
– Case/Order Number: O007640748 immediately - WITH PREJUDICE.

I Cory-Stephen: Young now claim my body so I AM collapsing the Cestui Que Vie
Trust, which you have charged, as there is NO VALUE in it. You have committed
FRAUD against ALL laws - You have committed FRAUD against The Creators law.
