6 Water During Construction Phase:
- 90 KLD is the water demand. (40 KLD for
construction + 50 KLD for domestic).

45 KLD sewage will be treated in onsite


Mobile STP and 40 KLD treated sewage
water will be used for dust suppression
and construction/curing activities, flushing
etc.,

During Operational Phase:

Total water requirement will be
365 KLD.
7 Power Requirement Connected load : 3655.41kW and Demand
Load : 2124.33 kW from Grid Power
8 Parking Details 854 nos of car parking required and 889
car parking is provided
9 Rain water harvesting details 76.75 CUM of roof-top water will be
harvested into 153.50 CUM ( 2 days
storage capacity) RWH tank. Harvested
water will be reused for domestic purpose
10 Green Belt 5862 Sq.Mtrs( 63.69 %)of combined
greenery is proposed. It comprises 2630
Sq.Mtr( 28.57%) on mother-earth
&3232Sq.Mtr (35.12%) on Terrace level.
We propose to plant 282nos of tree
saplings & shrubs in native species in the
proposed project site.
11 Fire Safety measures The proposed project is a development of
& the height of the building is 60 m
(maximum).

The project has been designed based on


all the relevant fire safety as per NBC
norms.

 Fire extinguishers
systems are deployed
throughout the
residential building.
 Fire hydrants will be
provided around the
building.
 Fire hose cabinets
provided at every floor.
 Indentified Assembly
points will be provided
for fire accidents.

 Frequently Fire Mock


Up drills will be
conducted.

Precautions & safety measures proposed


are:

 Fire Extinguishers for common


areas and Signage.
 Wet Risers through the dedicated
shafts till terrace with valves as
required.
 Automated fire alarm system for
Entire Building.

 Public Address / Talk back


system.

 Sprinkler system for entire building


including upper and lower
basement which
 will be used for Parking of two and
four wheelers.

Landing Hydrants on all floors near each


staircase with necessary accessories.
