KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That we, SPS. EDWIN LOMOTOS and HATTY LOMOTOS, Filipinos, of legal
ages, and residents of Talisay City, Cebu, represented by our attorney-in-fact-,
AGRIPINO BUCAO, by virtue of a Special Power of Attorney hereto attached, do hereby
TRANSFER AND CONVEY by way of EXPROPRIATION PROCEEDINGS AND
BY ORDER OF THIS HONORABLE COURT, unto the plaintiff, Barangay San
Isidro, Talisay City, Cebu, its’ successors and assigns, the subject properties known as
Lot No. 2332-E covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 102-2012002500 with an area
of 400 square meters and Lot No. 2332-D covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 102-
2012002501 with an area of 467square meters;

That this Honorable Court by virtue of this expropriation proceedings had

adjudicated and declared that the DEFENDANTS are the absolute owners of the aforesaid
properties with a total area of 867 square meters and adjudicated the said lots without any
liens or encumbrances in favor of the plaintiff, Barangay San Isidro, Talisay City, Cebu;
