Question 1 (20%):

There are three (3) actors that associated within this system; Student, Lecturer and

System Administrator. Based on your experience in using MyGuru, please identify the

relationship between each use case with the relevant actor.

a. You’re required to draw a diagram (use case) that represents this process in

MyGuru. [10 marks]

b. Based on your answer in (a), you need to propose an activity diagram to

illustrate the flow of events of ‘use case – Submit an assignment / Student’. You

also need to identify the following elements: Activities, Association, Conditions

& Constraints. [10 marks]

Based on Gmail, you need to draw an activity diagram to illustrate the flow of events for

‘Create your Google Account’ until the end. You also need to identify the following

elements: Activities, Association, Conditions & Constraints. [20 marks]

Question 3 (20%):

As a new appointed Software Project Manager in your new company, you are required

to take over and lead an overdue project (Mok Wojo Security System). After in-­ - ­ depth

analysis with the Software Quality Assurance team, they had identified few problems

that affected the project development process, which are:

 Low motivation within the team members

 Unproductive work environment

 Inefficient project management style

 Unrealistic schedule

.i Propose a plan on how you as a team manager will re-­ -­ ­organize and re-­ -­ ­plan the

project management in order to make sure it back on the right track. [10 marks]

.i Suggest the strategies to help manage risks in a software project. [10 marks]
