Good Day.
My name is ALEXIS V. LAROSA, I am currently studying at Phinma Cagayan de Oro College
taking up Doctors of Philosophy in Educational Administration and Supervision and am in my final
year.
I was enrolled in the subject EDU 168 – Philosophical and Ethical Foundation of Education.
Last summer school year 2018-2019 To start with, this is an Elective subject which by definition is
an optional subject. In the CMO’s of CHED in Teacher Education the word Elective is not clearly
defined, but on other CMO’s released by CHED for the other programs ELECTIVE is defined as any
subjects related to the field. This subject is under the Masters’ Program.
The reason I am writing to you, is to request that the aforementioned subject be credited as
one of my Elective subject in my PhD. I also understand that your good office is in a good position to
recommend and approve such matter,
I am hoping to finish my course the soonest possible and I am asking for you full consideration
on this matter.
