1 How to open the URL and Check Records or Status

 Click on URL https://corp-ecare.zong.com.pk. Following window opens for Login and Password

 Enter Username as “wateenwimax”, Password “wateen123” and Security Key as per mentioned text.
Click on Submit.

 A new window will pop up requiring Passcode. Enter Passcode as “1234” and then click on Submit

tab.
 After entering Passcode and Submission, following web page shall open

 Click on “Company Management”. Following web page shall open

 Click on , following page shall open with “Processing” status.

 After processing, it will show SIMs data

2 How to find out specific SIM status / record

 You can search the current SIM status or details by entering the MSISDN/Mobile number in search
option. E.g. you want to check the status or billing information or free available data volume
resources. First, get the following details from Ticket / Region specific SDS/Field Teams.
 ICC-ID
 Mobile #
 Fixed IP Address
 Remember at Zong, above three parameters configure for any 3G/4G data service. For status, you
only need Mobile # which in mobile operator terms also called MSISDN.
 Now if you want to check the status of any SIM e.g. for Mobile # / MSISDN # 03164795185, please

enter the same in “Search option but without “0” and any
characters.

 See the current status show. Here you can see the entered MSISDN #, Billing Info, Plan and Free
Resources i.e. Data volume statuses.
 Repeat the process if you want to see the information of any other SIM/Customer for which 3G/4G
Data VPN Service installed.

3 Important Note

 You can increase or decrease the records per page by changing the option at “Records”

 You can also export the records in .CSV format by clicking on “Export List (CSV) tab

 You can also move to next or previsou page by clicking on below

 Following information will remain constant throughout in each record

This is assigned credit limit. After the expiry of subscribed data


Billing Info Credit Limit volume, till complete usage of mentioned credit limit, services will

Free Available data volume in MBs. You can devide by 1000 to get values
Resources XXXXX MBs free internet in GB
