PROBABLE CAUSE STATEMENT

The probable cause of the arrest of the above-named individual is as follows:

[On 10/06/2019 at 1950 hrs Officers responded to 45 N Sable St in the City
and County of Denver in Colorado on an attempt pickup for a Family Disturbance
that had happened earlier in the day.

The suspect Jesus Moreno-Perez DOB 05-30-1994 had used furniture to block the
front door. When Officers kicked in the front door Jesus opened up a can of
Raid bug Fogger into the faces of the officers. Jesus then fled further into
the home. Officers followed Jesus, when Jesus threw the bug fogger can at
Officers in a back hallway, one Officer deployed their Taser. The Taser failed,
Officers followed Jesus into the back right bedroom. Jesus used a second Raid
bug fogger in the bedroom on the Officers. Then Jesus used a pair of makeshift
nun-chucks striking an Officer in the head. While Officers were restraining
Jesus in the bedroom they discovered two long knifes concealed up his arm
sleeves. Jesus continued to kick and spit at Officers while resisting arrest.
Jesus was arrested for Assault on a Police Officer and his Assault on his
Brother,
