Dear Salamat Ali

This has reference to your application and subsequent interview you had with us. We have the
pleasure in informing you that you have been appointed as RF Engineer in our organization with
effect from 18 September 2019 / when you will report on site at CTC of 2.28 LPA.

We welcome you to the TVCS INDIA family!


Your employment shall be subject to the following terms and conditions enclosed:

1. You shall not at any time, except under legal obligations, divulge in trade or business secret
relating to the company which becomes known to you by virtue of your above position to
any outside party, nor shall serve other concern whose business may compete with that of
the company. You will not Employ or engage as an independent consultant, employee or
enter into a business relationship with any person who at such time is an officer or
employee, Client, vendor of the Company for a period of one year from date of leaving the
service of the company.

2. Your services are liable to be transferred, either for whole time or part time, to other
departments or other associate companies within or outside India, or you may as well be
assigned for such other duties as it may become necessary at the discretion of the
management of the company. For this purpose you will be treated on deputation and you
will not be paid any extra remuneration for the same.

3. Actual Amount (as mentioned below) will be deducted against any trainings if we will
arrange imparted to you if you leaves the organization within one year.

4. You shall undertake and agree that all property/tools of any nature whatsoever belonging to
the company which come into your possession in the course of the employment or
otherwise, shall be held by you as trustee for the company and shall deliver the same to the
company on demand. We reserve our right to deduct the money value of all such things
from your wages or dues and take such other action as may be deemed proper in the event
of your failure to account for such property to our satisfaction.

5. Infra received by you to be checked thoroughly with photographs of any scathes or damages
and to be documented by you as well as the infra from Company.

In case of any damages, actual cost of lost/damaged item will be recovered from the
resource after consultation with the manager.

6. You will be entitled for leave according to the rules of the company prevailing at present and
as modified from time to time. Leave cannot be claimed as a matter of right but will be
granted subject to convenience and exigencies of work of the company.

7. You shall be required to give weekly / monthly / quarterly report of jobs done by you and to
keep track of all activities performed at your working place to the Head office/undersigned
on demand.

8. Your services are liable to be terminated by the company without notice or compensation if
in the opinion of the management; you are guilty of insubordination, insolence, gross
negligence or dereliction of duty, dishonesty or embezzlement or of conduct prejudicial to
the company’s interest. In case you leave the service without giving the requisite notice, we
shall have the right to deduct as liquidated damages, an amount equivalent to one month
salary wages from the amount that may be due to you in any form held with the company.

One month’s notice period will be applicable on either side i.e. in case the management
decides to terminate your services or you will wish to leave the organization. Your services
are also liable to be terminated on one month’s notice or salary in lieu of notice for
following reasons:
a. Continued illness for a long time or frequent intermittent illness.
b. Physical or mental disability or infirmity, defective eye-sight or hearing etc.
c. Continued low efficiency or poor working.
d. Conviction in a Court of Law for any offence including moral turpitude.

9. You will lose the lien of your appointment in case you absent yourself from duty or overstay
while on leave for more than 8 (eight) consecutive days without any permission or
information. Under such an event, the management may not give a fresh notice or
intimation to you, and it will be deemed that you have left the services of the company at

your own accord. You shall keep us informed of any change in your local or permanent
address or in your civil status.

10. During your employment with us if your conduct or behavior is not satisfactory or is found
unbecoming or is detrimental or warrants further investigation, you are liable to be
suspended from duty without wages till such time as final decision is taken.

11. During the period of your employment you cannot take up any other part time or any
commercial activity or employment without the permission of Departmental Head in writing.

12. While discharging your duties, you shall observe utmost civility towards the customers, your
superior’s fellow employees and all such persons, who have dealing with this company.

13. You shall retire from services of the company at the age of 58 years in normal case unless
otherwise agreed to and for the purpose of calculating this age, the official records of your
age with the company will be treated as final record of your age.
14. You will abide by all the rules and regulations of the company applicable from time to time.

15. You are requested to submit all certificates in support of your qualification, experience and
relieving order from your previous employer, if worked previously, one Xerox copy of the
certificates along with one passport size photograph.
