The Philippines is rich in folk traditions,
specifically of indigenous music and folk songs.
Indigenous music covers instrumental forms.
These instruments include those of what are
made of bamboo, metal and wood, and are
used in various rituals and secular activities of
the people.
Next is Saggeypo.
Ma’am, Saggeypo is a wind instrument or
aerophone.
This Afiw from Bontoc Ethnic group. That Afiw from Bontoc Ethnic Group is
aerophone.
Tungali from Kalinga Ethnic Group. That Tungali from Kalinga Ethnic Group is
aerophone.

Saggeypo is consist of six pipes in a row,
unattached to each other, played separately
by six preferences each one blowing on one
or two pipes.
It is named Saggeypo in Kalinga.
What is Kallaleng?

The Kallaleng is a long bamboo tube, closed
at one end by the node in which blowing
hole is burnt. This flute has three finger
holes.
The blowing hole is place under an angle
against the nose and the player gently blows
in the hole.
Other names of it are:
- Kaleleng in Bontoc
- Ungiyung in Ifugao
- Tungali in Kalinga
