BIOGRAPHY

He is a father of 3 wonderful children, all males, and a faithful husband to a very supportive and
industrious wife. He is a good provider to his immediate family and to his elderly parent and siblings. He
is a good role model in his community having born and raised in a slum area of Sitio Bagong Buhay ,
Brgy. Carreta, Cebu city he sustained and able to conquer the obstacles just to have a better education.

Now he is currently residing at Villa Jovita, Barangay Polog , Consolacion, Cebu. His deceased father
Antonio Despacio Pepito was a native of Daanbantayan, Cebu while His mother Mrs. Margarita Ortega
Enriquez – Pepito was a native of Palonpon,Leyte. His parents met in Cebu City where they blessed with
ten (10) children. The first born was already dead upon delivery while the third born managed to survive
for at least six (6) but eventually died in the hospital for health issues. The second born died at the age
of 46 due to colon cancer. His mother and six siblings were the surviving members of the family.
