IV. PROCEDURES
A. Springboard/Motivation Say: Everyday, all of us make choices. You’re here today because you choose to be here. This time, we will watch a video clip

Say: Earlier, we have watched a video about Jimmy and his two choices of health habits. You expressed that you want to be
healthy and happy like the Jimmy on the right. Just like Jimmy, I am pretty sure that you have your own good health habits and
practices. Health habits are the things we regularly do that greatly affect our health.

BL/LE: The learners will identify if the picture shows a good health habit or not. They will write GOOD on the blank if the picture
shows a good health habit, otherwise, they will write NOT GOOD. They will also count the total number of good and not good
health habits and write it on the spaces provided for.
AE: The learners will complete the table by writing good health habits/practices they do for the following:

The teacher will ask the learners to do the following:
BL/LE: The learners will be given activity sheets/guide wherein in they will practice writing the good health habits in their
notebooks.

LS: The learners will conduct a survey within their neighborhood and interview at least 3 households about their good health
habits and practices.
