information and enjoyment of familiar contexts
Learning 3.3.1 Read and enjoy simple print 1.2.2 Understand with support specific
standard: and digital games at word level information and details of very simple
phrases and sentences
Objectives By the end of the lesson most students will be able to:

LEARNING OUTLINES:
Pre Lesson  Students talk about what they can do and what they can’t do.
Activity 1  Students read the words in the worksheets and colour what they
can do with blue and what they can’t do with yellow.
 Students list out the things they can and can’t do.
Activity 2  Students walk around the classroom.
 Students ask their friends “Can you ___________ ?”.
 Students put tick (√) if their friends say “Yes, I can.” and put cross (X)
if they say “No, I can’t.”
Activity 3  Students discuss in their group what they wish they could do when
they grow up.
