R : And to begin this program, we are pleased to have our very dedicated and hardworking SSG
President, Christin Jeb Javier, to deliver the opening remarks.

III. (Special Message)

P : Now, We are very much honored to have here with us our very supportive and very dynamic
principal, Ma’am Mary Jane S. Carandang, as she will be giving us her special message.

IV. (Inspirational Message)

R : And to inspire our students, we shall now hear an important message from our Dean of Studies, Dr.
Amelita O. Balagtas.

P : Thank you very much Dean Amy for the very inspiring and insightful message you imparted this
morning.

P : So today is a grand opportunity for the envergistas to showcase their performing talents, and I
must admit that I am very excited to see what will unfold today.

R : are you guys ready to witness our first performance?

P : our first performers, with their quotation “Practice like you’ve never won. Perform like you’ve
never lost.”, the EUC lyre ensemble, the official drum and lyre corps of Enverga University Candelaria,
reflects the lively beat and rhythm of our university.

R : As a band with unity, they always make sure that they have the foremost connection and
communication. As a family, brothers by heart, they don’t just nurture the talents and potential of
one another, but also show camaraderie to all.

R : But let’s have a short talk first before we proceed to our next performance.

P : Let’s start with the School emergency Response Unit or SERU, an organization led by Sir Ricardo
Abel, CJ Perez, and Jayson Rolandong, that is working hand in hand with the school in maintaining
peace and orderliness and is also helping in every program inside and outside the campus. Mr./Ms.

P : Let’s start with their achievements. 6th best School Paper in Quezon, Column Pages are all in the
top 10s of the Division of Quezon, Having constant representatives for the Regional Schools Press
Conference, Topped UP Radio Circle’s Elevate Workshop in Sports writing and Radio Broadcasting (2 nd
and 1st place finishes), 4th Best team in TV Broadcasting English in the Division of Quezon, 4th Best
Sports Page in the Regional Schools Press Conference (2017), and currently leading the campus
journalism in Candelaria (Second Level).

R : The blaze enverga candelaria is a campus journalism organization that aims to proliferate
legitimate news and eradicate fake news. It’s an organization that allows students to experience a
variety of journalism types and to gain real experience that not only looks good on a resume, but can
build confidence for the career they will soon take in the future. Mr/Ms. _____ the floor is yours.

VII. Rondalla

R : And now let’s proceed to our next performers. The EUC rondalla, a school-based rondalla group in
the province of Quezon and now in its almost decade of creating music, was among the chosen
rondalla groups to perform during the 5th international Rondalla Festival held in Silay City, Negros
Occidental last Nov. 3-11 2018.

P : The EUC Rondalla is also a finalist in the recent National Music Competitions for Young Artists 2014
and 2017 competitions. Now as the group celebrates their 10th year anniversary, the group’s
perseverance paved way to many performances that keep its members passionately dedicated in
sharing their honed craft ranging from community service performances to concert performances.

R : Recently the group was one of the performing artists in the Pasinaya 2019 held last February 1-3,
at the cultural center of the Philippines and on March 1, the group won as champion in the
Musikahan sa Tagum 2019 in the Chamber rondalla category held in Tagum City, Lanao Del Norte.

P : and on May 27, 2019, the group was invited in the 57th regular session at the Senate of the
Philippines and provided a rendition of the Philippine National Anthem and a patriotic song: “Dakilang
Lahi” composed by the Hon. Vincente Sotto. Let’s put our hands together for the EUC Rondalla.

R : The next one is a musical organization thriving for the wonders of the choral harmonies, fortified
with choral enthusiasts principles and inspired by the heart-lifting narrative melodies.

P : They’re a musical organization that consists of choral music enthusiasts who have a common goal
of the expression of their talents and to explore the choral music theory.

R : Along with the motivation of socialism, camaraderie, collaboration, and practice of the common
interest, they thrive on improvement because of their subjective distinction of the organization as a
family. Without further ado, let’s welcome EUC Himig.

IX. Teatro

P : So for the next one, they believe that everybody is talented because everybody has something to
express. EUC Artist Center, the official drama guild of Enverga University Candelaria, is a performing
arts where students can express their talents in singing, dancing, acting, film-making, modelling, and
etc.

R : An organization where you will not only find your harmony and boost your confidence but you’ll
also have a home where your heart will be contented and this will be the most remarkable art that
will be planted on your lives.

P : It does not only focus on theatrical act but all the factors of shaping your potentials as an art form,
such as doing a musical play, communicating through movements, and reuniting souls with music.
Scream out loud ladies and gentlemen as we present to you the EUC Teatro.

R : Interact Club of EUC is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Lucena Circle. This club is to organize the
positive change implemented by youth and young adults as the fifth avenue of service, youth service,
through an active and personal commitment to empower young people to take action through
community and international service, develop leadership skills, and gain global perspectives that
fosters world peace and cultural understanding.

P : It is also for the youth and students to take action through community and international service,
discover new cultures and promote international understandings as global citizens, develop skills to
become school and community leaders, make friends locally and globally, and have fun while
