Instructions
Yield Pre-batched units of 8.25 kg produce approx 5 litres of injection grout.
Substrate Preparation Requirements:
Sound, clean, free from oil and grease, old coatings or other contaminants. Pre-
treatment for good bond: Prepare concrete, mortar, stone etc with high pressure
water jetting, or mechanical means. Clean cracks of dust with compressed air.
Application
Conditions/
Limitations
Substrate Temperature +5°C min. / +35°C max.
Application
Instructions
Mixing Ratio Sika® InjectoCem®-190 is supplied in pre-batched units and should only be mixed
and applied in these. Do not part batch.
Mixing ratio A : B = 1 : 0.65 parts by weight
(if required max. 0.2 l water may be added).
Mixing Time Pour liquid part B into suitable container. Mix with a colloidal mixer at 2'800 rpm and
slowly, continuously add part A. Mix the grout intensively for at least 3 minutes.
Pour the injection grout directly into the pump or hold in a clean container. If left
standing for any time, shake and re-mix intensively but still keeping within the normal
pot-life of 2 hours.
Injection/ Equipment It may be injected with any standard equipment manufactured for cement injections.
Injection pressure: 3 - 8 bar.
Vertical injection areas must be grouted from the bottom upwards. To allow
®
secondary injection, the freshly injected length of SikaFuko system must be well
vacuumed with clean water.
®.
Cleaning of Tools Clean all tools and application equipment according to the PDS of Sika Injection
Cleaning System.
Notes on Application / With Sika® InjectoCem®--190 cracks with a width > 0.2 to max. 3.0 mm can be filled
Limitations and sealed. In case of strongly water infiltration, pre-sealing with e.g. Sika® Injection-
101 RC is necessary.

INTEGRAL NORMAL SETTING WATERPROOFING COMPOUND
FOR MORTAR
DESCRIPTION USES
A liquid ready to use waterproofing compound Sika-1 is the basis for the Sika Render system which
which reacts with the constituents of a sand : is suitable for the waterproofing of masonry and
cement mix to block capillaries and pores in concrete structures such as: Tunnels, Basements,
concrete. Whilst effectively blocking the passage of Culverts, Canals, Watertanks, Inspection chambers,
water, the substrate still continues to breath. Manholes and Swimming pools.
Chloride free.
Sika-1 is part of a range of internationally used,
normal and quick setting waterproofing admixtures.

Packaging 20 kg
200 kg drum
Appearance / Colour Yellowish
Shelf Life 1 year if stored properly in unopened original container.
Storage Conditions Store in dry, cool, shaded place
Density ~1.08 kg/L
APPLICATION INFORMATION
Consumption Sika-1 is added to the clean mixing water. The normal ratio of Sika-1 to
water is 1:10, which is equivalent to approximately 3% of binder content.
When using verywet sand, the ratio must be increased to 1:8 or in
extreme cases 1:6.
Layer Thickness Sika renders are applied in two, three or four coats depending on the
level of water pressure and type of structure. In most cases a 3 coat
systems is used

Sika 102
Waterplug
Description Sika 102 is a chloride free, ready for use powder. When mixed with water, it
becomes a powerful fast-setting permanent waterplug
Construction
Use Ready for use waterplug to stop pressure leaks and seepage through rock and
concrete, as well as through joints between concrete and steel (bolt surroundings,
ducts, sheet piles etc) in subways , culverts, tunnels, dams, basements, pools.
Fill freshly prepared Sika 102 into the V-shaped cut, starting outside and work
towards the center off the leak (plug minor leaks first). Hold material in place, and
then strike of flush with surface. If water pressure is very high, it is recommended to
use wooden plug first, which is then covered and secured with Sika 102

In general, SikaFuko VT 1 is installed in
lengths of up to 12 m (39 ft.). The PVC hoses
have to be included in this length. If longer
lengths are required for construction reasons,

Injection Injection materials
®
The SikaFuko VT 1 injectionhose and the Sika
injection materials are a system. Not every injection
material is suitable for injection. The injection
material must have the following properties:
Adequate viscosity (< 200 mPas at 20°C)
Adequate curing time (> 20-30 min.)
®
Concreting
Under the external fresh concrete pressure,
the neoprene strips close the injection
openings (‘valves’) so that no cement grout
can enter the hose during the concrete
placement (fig. 1 ).
Injection
The injection pressure from inside the VT 1
3 compresses the neoprene strips and allows
the injection material to flow out from the
longitudinal openings (‘valves’). This
enables a uniform discharge of the material
over the whole length of the hose and has a
high level of sealing capability (fig. 2).
Cleaning by vacuum
When using Sika acrylic resins or microfine
cement suspensions for injection, the VT 1
can be flushed clean with water by applying
a vacuum after the leaks are sealed and the
injection work is complete. The hose is then
ready for any further re-injection if and when
4 required in the future(fig. 3 + 4).
Testing the watertightness
The watertightness of the joint can also be
tested by applying a defined water pressure
®
via the SikaFuko VT 1 hose.
®
Notes on Application / Do not use SikaFuko VT 1 -System for sealing expansion / movement joints.

to ensure that the “O” ring is not squashed
flat between two forms. This method of
installation increases the capacity of the
Sika-waterbar to accommodate expansion.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Concrete Mix Design ▪ Sika® WT-110 P has been formulated for use in concrete with a medium
to high workability (>S3 Consistence) with a minimum cement content of
350 kg/m3 and a maximum water/cement ratio of 0.45.
▪ Concrete containing Sika® WT-110 P should have a maximum SCM of not
more than 40 %.
▪ Sika® WT-110 P has been specifically formulated to produced a S3 consist-
ence with a w/c ratio of <0.45 at 350 kg/m3 without the addition of a sep-
arate superplasticer (HRWR).
▪ Concrete containing Sika® WT-110 P should have a maximum drying
shrinkage of 0.05 %.
▪ Subject to material package and cement content water reductions of
between typically 10 - 15% can be achieved. Laboratory trials are always
recommended to evaluate and confirm actual water reduction.
▪ Should the addition of a Superplasticiser (HRWR) admixture be required
to achieve a w/c ratio of <0.45 a SikaPlast®, Sikament® or Sika® Vis-
cocrete® (WR) admixture is to selected to ensure compatibility.
