1. Step Examination
1.1 Mark on Step with chalk.
1.2 Make ES run with Key Switch.
1.3 Make ES run about 2 loops
1.4 Examine if the gibbose groove of Step in the middle of Comb.
1.5 Examine if Step is damaged
1.6 Stop running

2. Examine the gap between step and Skirt Guard

2.1 Stop ES running.
2.2 Examine if the angle between Step and Skirt Guard is 90 O.
2.3 Measure the clearance between Step and Skirt Guard.

3. Step examination and oiling to Bush.

3.1 Precondition
3.1.1 Press E-Stop Button of Joint Box in the bottom machine room.
3.1.2 Connect MSB in the bottom Joint Box.
3.2 Step examination and oiling to Bush.
3.2.1 Disassemble safety cover of bottom step.
3.2.2 Handle of MCCB should be On.

3.3 Make ES run Up – Down，make Step connect with Step Shaft.

3.4 Examine if Step Bush Clamp is fixed，affirm if Bush clip on the Step Eye.
3.5 Examine if bolts that use for assembling Step Roller is firm.
3.6 In the assembling position of Bush, smear Grease.
3.7 According to the upper method, examine the other Steps.
3.8 Install Step safety Cover.

4. Examine the clearance between Steps

4.1 Disassemble Dust Cap in top machine room.
4.2 Connect MSB.
4.3 Mark on Steps with chalk.
4.4 Measure method and allowable dimension
4.4.1 Measure two points and from the measure position to Comb end is 400mm.
4.4.2 Allowable space: Can’t exceed 6mm
4.4.3 Measure in the curve part (2 point).
4.4.4 Allowable space : can’t exceed 6mm
4.4.5 Measure in the position of 1/3 and 2/3 width (1004, 604mm) .
(Don’t measure in the position of Side Demarcation Cleat)
