2.0 CONTROL PANEL OPERATION
2.1 POWER SWITCHING

Power in complete control panel is
switched by main switch
 Left position OFF
 Top position ON
OFF
ON
2.2 BRAKES MODE SELECTION

Switch SW1 is used for setting brake
position
 Left position - LOCAL
 Right position - REMOTE

3.0 SIGNAL LIGHTS
3.1 POWER LIGHT

When power switch is at ON position,
green signal light SL1 should be on.
ON
3.2 BRAKE POSITION SIGNAL

When brake is in released position signal
light SL2 is on.
When brake is in set position signal light
SL3 is on.

BRAKE 1 3.1 BRAKE 1 PUMP ON

When brake 1 pump is on, signal light SL6
is on.
3.2 BRAKE 1 OVERLOADED

When brake 1 motor is overloaded or
PUMP ON power phase loss, signal light SL8 is on.
3.3 BRAKE 1 HIGH OIL TEMPERATURE

Under normal operational condition signal
light SL4 is off.
If oil level goes under allowed level or high
PUMP TRIP oil temperature occurs signal light SL4
goes on.

3.4 BRAKE 2 PUMP ON

When brake 1 pump is on, signal light SL7
is on.

3.5 BRAKE 2 OVERLOADED

When brake 1 motor is overloaded or
power phase loss, signal light SL9 is on.
PUMP TRIP 3.6 BRAKE 2 HIGH OIL TEMPERATURE

Under normal operational condition signal
light SL5 is off.
If oil level goes under allowed level or high
oil temperature occurs signal light SL5
goes on.

4.0 TROUBLESHOOTING
4.1 NO POWER LIGHT

When the power is switched on, but power
light is not on, issues should be inspected
in following order:
4.1.1 Check main circuit breaker CB1

If indication window is green, switch
lever so indication goes red.

4.1.2 Check circuit breaker CB2

If indication window is green, switch
lever so indication goes red.
CB2
4.1.3 Check transformer

 Using multimeter check voltage
between contacts 5-3 - should be 110V
AC.
If there is no voltage, replace

transformer.
4.1.4 Check power supply

 Using multimeter check voltage
between contacts ”+” and “–“ - should
PS be 24V DC.
If there is no voltage, replace power

supply.

4.1.5 Check circuit breaker CB3

Using multimeter check voltage
between contacts 1-2 in terminal X1 -
should be 24V DC.
If there is no voltage, check fuse CB3.

If fuse is blown out replace it.

4.2 MOTOR NOT STARTING

Check motor starter state, it should be in
ON position.
If in “trip” position, motor was overloaded

and automatically switched. Move in ON
position.
If in OFF position, motor is manually

OFF disconnected.
