ct. updote the school sporis officiqls on the lotest trends/strotegies, rules ond
regulotions in their respective sports disciplines;
b. upgrode their competence in officioting school sports; cnd
c. enhonce their skills in monoging higher level of sports competiiion.

3. The troining sholl be fociliioted by select Tournoment Monogers of the Region

ond invited Resource Speokers from the Philippine Sports Associotion {PSA) while
the Division Sports Officers (DSOs) sholl supervise ond monitor the conduct of the
troining (See Enclosure No. 1).

4, Division Sports Officers {DSOs) ore sdvised to submit the list of porticiponts on or
before September 2A, 2019 of pociiq.lunscqygd€ped.gov.ph bosed on the
ollotted number of porticiponts (See Enclosure No. 2).

5. Porticiponts ore odvised to bring their own mottresses qnd beddings ond must
odhere to the following quolificotions:

issued by o governmenl physicion;

the Division Sporis Officer.

6. Food of the porticiponts sholl be chorged ogoinst OSEC-4A-19-3498 funds while

their troveling expenses sholl be chorged ogoinst locol funds subject to the usuol
