To establish that X had no gun and did not carry or hold any when the incident happened.
To establish that A is not conscious when he uttered the name of X as the perpetrator of the crime.
To establish that the accused did not kill A.
To establish that the accused is not guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of murder.
