2 Documents reference are missing for Project specs,

Shop Drawing and approved material
3 Details Of Sleeves, Retaining angle and sealing of the
damper opening missing in damper installation
details. Include the details of connection between

 duct and damper. Provide same detail for vertical and
horizontal orientations of FD installation.
4 Provide the reference for usage and location of MFSD
in the project with references of approved material
and drawing numbers
5 A damper operation shall be tested after installation
is complete. A written certificate shall be issued by
the contractor stating the identification of damper as
to location ,date tested, and names sign of testing
personal- Shall be reflected in MST –Certificate
sample shall be attached.
6 Comply all the instruction provided in manufacturer
recommendations as per approved material
8 HSE Comments
Refer to page 12, fig 6 (materials) sealant and other
chemical product stated require COSHH assessment.
Also refer to page 18 under the heading “chemical”
13 Refer to the risk assessment section, serial #5, no
measures are stated for the use of drilling machine or
associated hazards such as use of damaged drill bit or
fabrication with the risk of puncture and twisting of
wrist due to forceful repetitive action.
14 Refer to the risk assessment section- serial #3&5,
include unauthorized maintenance of tools by
incompetent operatives under the subheading
“hazard” and control measures to be provided.
19 Emergency contact list requires the inclusion of the
main contractor’s emergency team
