AFFIDAVIT

I, EVANGELINE B. MONDEJAR. of legal age Filipino, married, and

resident of Purok 5, San Nicolas, Talacogon, Agusan del Sur, after having
duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and states:

1. That I am the mother of PERLITO B. MONDEJAR mention in the

Criminal Case before the Provincial Prosecution Office of Agusan
del Sur with reference number OFA-M-18-1785 for grave
Misconduct which was originally filed before the Office of the
Ombudsman Mindanao entitled MATILDE V. MONDEJAR,
complainant vs. FRANCISCO ETOM and JUDITH ETOM,
respondent

2. That I have personal knowledge of the facts and circumstances

transpired during the faithful day of August 10, 2017 thus-

a. That on August 10, 2017 at around noon time, the accuser

MRS. MATILDE V. MONDEJAR and her daughter MRS.
TERESA M. BALINTON alleges the spouses MR. FRANCISCO
C. ETOM and JUDITH D. ETOM order my son to cut the
leaves and fruits of their coconut;

b. That I was in my house at hearing distance at the position of

Matilde and Teresa when they confronted and prevented my
son PERLITO B. MONDEJAR not to prune the coconut leaves,
which the my son faithfully obeyed;
 c. That MATILDE V. MONDEJAR proceeded to my house and
angrily warned us that if ever that MALILY MONDEJAR
RILLERA will ask my son PERLITO B. MONDEJAR to cut off
their coconut leaves should not be entertained; and

d. That at the time there was no cutting of leaves transpired

contrary to what they claimed in the complaint mentioned
above.

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to truth of the facts that

my son had not push through the pruning of the said coconut
leaves that encroach to the adjacent household.
