Microsoft Offices

Objectives: the objective introduces the fundamental about computer concepts. Students will
learn how to use Microsoft Office which has the following applications: word processing
program (Microsoft Word), a spreadsheet program (Microsoft Excel), a presentation program
(Microsoft Power Point) and Database (Microsoft Access).
- Give students an in-depth understanding of why Microsoft Offices are essential
components in business, education and society.

- Provides hands-on use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access,
and Power Point. Practicing this would result of gaining knowledge and skills.

Materials/Applications: The medium/ tool to be used to perform this application is a

computer/desktop computer/laptop.

3. MS Power Point
4. MS Access

Guidelines/Procedure: These are the guidelines how to learn and master the Microsoft
Offices which are the following:

1.Education World-Download free PDF curriculum complete with learning outcomes,

images, and more for some versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. These
have been created by Bernie Poole. Some activities require work files.

2. Microsoft Educator Company-Find resources for students such as the Common

Core Implementation Kit and more. This extensive site includes courses, tutorials,
resources for tools like Skype, and more.

Badges, points, and certificates are also available to help motivate and organize your
progress. For example, certify to be a Microsoft Innovative Educator.

Instructors can also share or find Learning Activities for a variety of ages, subjects, and
computer programs.

3. Microsoft Imagine Company-You may also be interested in integrating Microsoft's

own certifications with your curriculum. This prepares your students to be more
marketable once they leave your class.

These might include the Microsoft Office Specialist, Microsoft Technology Associate,
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer, and
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert certifications.
Target Audience- The target audience would be the students who wants to study Microsoft
Offices especially to those who are incline to Science and Technology Course.
