Dear Ms. Dugan,

I am in receipt of your letter dated July 17, 2006. It is my understanding that you are
willing 10 assist Ms. Dombrowski concerning the visitation with the child, I would
strongly urge you to contact the lawyers in this case. I trust that you can appreciate
the fact that the court is precluded from having ex-parte communication with the
parties. Suffice to say Ms. Dombrowski has not been treated as “victim lost in the
judicial system”. As stated previously, communication with the lawyers that are
involved in this case would assist you in understanding the complexities of the
problems that we are trying to resolve herein.
