5.1 Maintenance and Inspections
Our complete quality control and inspection procedures
ensure that the system is transported in optimal conditions. For
maintain optimal conditions, we need to implement and maintain
inspection.
The maintenance and inspections for the system are classified as
follow below:
5.2 Daily inspections
Daily checks include the beginning and end of inspections.
Daily inspections are necessary to maintain the system for a long
period.
Check all inspections and corrective actions have been completed before
to use the system.

5.3 Cleaning and disinfection
You will need to clean and disinfect the system.
Cleaning and disinfection are very important to ensure that the
system can be used safely. You will need to follow the methods
indicated by the manufacturer
1 Make sure that the system's main switch is turned off and disconnect the
main cable.
Unplug the main cable before you start cleaning.
You must disconnect the system from mains before starting
cleaning and disinfection.
Turn off the system before disconnecting the main cable.
Otherwise there is a risk of electric shock and leakage current.
2 Perform cleaning and disinfection.
• Clean the outer surface of the system with a damp cloth
glutaraldehyde in a 2% solution.
Do not use water on the system.
Clean the system with a clean cloth soaked with disinfectant.
107
Page 108

11/28/2016 OPERATION MANUAL
Do not spray disinfectant directly on the system.
If the disinfectant into the system may cause problems or
accidents.
Do not use the below listed products
• Disinfectants chlorine base;
• Disinfectants that corrode metals, plastics, rubbers, etc.
• Disinfectants atomized
• volatile Disinfectants
Use the minimum amount of disinfectant
Over time, the disinfection may cause damage to
paint discoloration or deterioration of resins such as plastic and
rubbers.
3 After completing the work, check the following points:
• There should be no water or disinfectant joined the system.
• The tools used to clean and disinfect the system should be
clean after use.
